Celebratory Dinner for Yao's Nuptials

Celebrating his recent wedding to Ye Li, the Chinese Women's National Team Center, Houston Rockets center Yao Ming treated guests to a 10-course dinner--and some entertainment when apparently he drank a little too much!

According to onlookers, Ming has never been a drinker, but "was close" to being drunk, and after the dinner quickly exited and went to sleep in his room. However, his fun was justified, as this was a celebration for his nuptials. One thing was absent from the dinner--shark's fin, which Ming vowed to give up after becoming a spokesman for environmental groups.

Of course, I would have loved to have been a fly on the wheel to see this behemoth Asian man and his wife drinking Mao Tais and carrying on--cue the comedy....And here's the better plan--he's going to hold another party when he gets back to Texas. Maybe Rafer Alston will be there, but hopefully Yao won't let him drive him home.
