Cleveland makes statement in Game 4 win

Ok,ok, so I was wrong about the Cavs....and the Jazz...it won't be the first time, or the last time, even probably today. Heck, in the next hour even.

I watched the entire second half of the Cavs-Pistons game, and sat there just shaking my head. How could I actually doubt this franchise that was once the laughingstock of the NBA? How could I really put a damper on a team that had one of the perennial players in the league whose moniker is "The King"?

Cynicism, my friends, cynicism. The same type of mentality critics had when they doubted the Chicago Bulls and Michael Jordan because, while he was amazing, he didn't have the supporting cast to overcome other complete teams. While the Bulls added several key players to their rosters over the years, no one could have predicted six rings.

The same could be said for the Cavs right here, right now. Lebron James is simply amazing, a maestro of the court. He literally can play other teams like a puppet, and his teammates thrive on the confidence and abilities he shows game in and game out. Would Drew Gooden be this good with out Lebron? Larry Hughes? Daniel Gibson, for crying out loud? I'll give you three guesses and the first two don't count.

This is what the Detroit Pistons should be very concerned about; sure, they have home court, and sure, the Cavs have eeked out wins in Cleveland. But--with a player like Lebron wearing a Cleveland jersey, the Pistons should be aware by now that anything can happen--and it just might.
