Kirilenko wanting out of Utah

AK-47 is taking some shots--but it's not at opponents who often fall to his abilities. Now the subject of his scope is the Utah Jazz himself, Andrei Kirilenko has basically surmised his frustration and desire to be traded on a Russian Blog site.

The trade demand was more than a year in the making and probably would have come about last season, except Kirilenko opted to keep quiet with the Jazz enjoying such a successful season. But Kirilenko was said to be unable to stomach the thought of returning to Utah, especially after rekindling his love of basketball playing for Russia's European championship winning team.

I think this would be a bad move for Kirilenko, who is on a team that can only get better, and he can enjoy the continued success if he stays there along with other budding stars. Is he legit? Yes. Is this sour grapes? Maybe. Should the Jazz do everything they can to keep him? Absolutely.
