Knicks' Morris charged with reckless driving

Another day, another NBA arrest.

This time, it is the New York Knicks' Randolph Morris who was arrested in Lexington, KY. Evidently, Morris smelled heavily of alcohol even though his blood-alcohol content rated below Kentucky's legal limit. In a report, he turned wide on a road, accelerated to over 17 miles over the speed limit, and did not signal before turning onto another road. While this may seem a little "persnickety", the fact is this happened in the early AM, which of course should mean that anyone, much less an athlete, should be careful as to how they are driving.

Morris signed with the Knicks in 2005 after being undrafted. He left Kentucky when coach Tubby Smith decided to jump ship to Minnesota. Last year he played 5 games for New York. The Knicks have only commented that they have spoken with Morris and that he wasn't injured. (ohhhhhkkkaaaaaaay).

David Stern certainly has a long road ahead of him. Think the players have been arrested in the last week will get the same type of punishment Stephen Jackson and Ron Artest did (suspended for seven games)? We'll see.
