First, it was "My Prerogative". Now, it's sketch comedy. Next up--Major motion pictures? If there's anything that Lebron James wants to do, he probably will. James, fresh off his first-ever hosting appearance of the ESPYs, was named to be the host of the Saturday Night Live, which will be this September.
James seems to be following in the footsteps of his Airness, Michael Jordan, who also hosted SNL and went onto movie fame as well. James' rendition of Bobby Brown's "My Prerogative", with his own words, was actually pretty good. The man certainly has the moves as well. And working with Jimmy Kimmel has got to get brownie points somewhere.
This is another great thing for the NBA, giving more positive exposure to the sport, especially prior to the beginning of the season. Congrats to Lebron and hopefully we'll all be giggling at his ability to pull off comedic timing!
