McHale says T-wolves have no heart

mtwolves.jpg

The Minnesota Timberwolves are the NBA's version of the Bad News Bears. Not only are they getting beat, but they are getting their tails whipped. Who answers for that? Well, for one, Kevin McHale, the team's VP of operations, who has been with the team for what seems like eternity.

When he spoke to the status quo of the T-Wolves, McHale did take blame for the current roster and not having the team as talented as it should be, but he also questioned the current level of the team's "heart", and that the team seems to quit rather easily. Ok, Mr. McHale, what do you have to say about heart? You always had the opportunity to play on amazing teams and never have had to face the day in, day out grind of a team that basically has very little chance to do anything almost EVERY game of the season. I understand that they are getting experience, but it's YOUR responsibility to get the players on the court which can give the team some hope, and therefore heart. It's like asking a child who gets beat by his paretns every day to put a smile on every morning--it's not going to happen.

Get over yourself, Kev, and stop criticizing the current players and work on getting better ones.
