However, winning in San Antonio is no small feat--only one other team had beaten them at home this year, and the Spurs had been playing great ball. But what happens? Jason Kapono has a stellar fourth quarter, Kris Humphries had a double-double, and for once in a long time, the Raptors didn't have to rely upon their big three to get a huge victory in Texas.
Still, Chris Bosh did have 11 points, and Andrea Bargnani had 10. However, the biggest story of the game was the Raptors' defense, limiting the Spurs to 32 percent from the field, and they also had a huge advantage as Manu Ginobili sat out with a sprained finger.
This is a great sign for an upswing for Toronto, who suffered a bad loss going into the break to the Phoenix Suns despite Bosh's 42 points. Going into San Antonio and playing great is a one thing, winning is almost unheard of. Good job, gentlemen.
