After getting Chris Bosh back this weekend and the rousing victory against the Houston Rockets, the Toronto Raptors got even better news--Andrea Bargnani is back from his knee injury. Bargnani had been out for more than a week from the Toronto lineup, and his return will mark the first time that the Raptors have had Bosh, Bargnani, and T.J. Ford together since November 20th.
Surprisingly, though, the Raptors did not wallow while their stars were not together, going 5-4 since that time. 3 of those 4 losses came against Boston, Phoenix, and Cleveland--not exactly your run-of-the-mill teams. During that time, Jason Kapono has really stepped it up, as well as Anthony Parker, who has rolled off an average of almost 15 a game since November 28th.
The question is, will the chemistry be retained almost immediately? Will these role players step back, or will there be an issue with returning the stars back to their "pedestals"?
