Toronto Peril: Bosh, Bargnani, Ford out

Yipes.

It's one thing to lose a great player, it's another to lose two of your team leaders and a valuable role player. All of those are gone this evening when the Raptors face the Charlotte Bobcats, who are a tough team even if the Raptors were healthy.

Victim #1-Chris Bosh, who hasn't played for almost a week now since injuring his groin. He says it feels good, but if it feels that great, get in the game, Chris!

Victim #2--T.J. Ford, who has been continually bothered by a sore left thumb that caused him to already miss 4 games last month due to a "stinger". The real stinging is on the team, T.J.

Victim #3--Andrea Bargnani, who went down this weekend while hyper-extending his knee. Andrea, you're not living up to your expectations and now this when your team needs you...nice.

Coach Sam Mitchell probably didn't sleep too well, but so far in this game, the Raptors are handing it to the Bobcats, up 11 after 1. However, it remains to be seen as to the depth of the team as we go into the second half. One thing is for sure--this team doesn't lie down and die like others.
