Will Iverson's "Oh well" attitude hurt him in 20M case?

We've all known that Allen Iverson has the weight of the world on him (yeah right). As a trial for almost 20 million in damages looms near its end, speculators aren't so sure that "the Answer" will walk away from this unscathed. The reason? His obvious lack of interest and what others call a "lack of respect" for the court room.

Although the lawsuit implies that a 2005 bar fight did not directly involve Iverson, it notes that says Iverson is responsible for the brawl because he failed to properly supervise Jason Kane and Terrance Williams but does not claim he took part in the fight. Kane is one of Iverson's bodyguards and Williams was a friend who was acting on his behalf. Iverson's camp has said that the case is frivolous and nothing but a "get rich quick" scheme.

Insiders have stated that Iverson has only spent about 2 hours in the courtroom this week, and that was just to testify. Other than that, he has been completely AWOL. Will jurors see this as a possible subliminal admission of guilt? If they do, AI's pockets will be a little lighter.
